Real Estate Prices

This Sunday while listening to the Bears I have been looking at real estate in Cashiers North Carolina, Nashville Tennessee, and Naperville, Illinois.  What is clear is that no matter the problems with real estate the prices are still really high.  So, no matter what you hear about the problems in real estate remember that the price is too high for the average income of most Americans.  If real estate is going to recover than the people who are selling are going to have to get real with their prices.
