Are people naturally good or bad?

Sometimes it is the question.  I think the founders of this country, Hobbes, and Locke all believed that people are naturally bad.  I think Socrates and Jesus believed people are naturally good.  I believe they are both.  Some are good, some bad, and most people can be good or bad based on the circumstances.
