President Bush is the American Bulldog

When I studied Winston Churchill one of his nick names was the British Bulldog because he was so stead fast and stubborn.  George Bush is the American Bulldog for the same reason.  Read Rich Lowery article titled, “Bush, The Last Hawk, Won't Budge . ”  He makes the same point in a different way.
