President Bush and Separation of Powers

PBS has a special on right now about Intelligence and the Bush administration.  What it is missing is a basic point about the Separation of powers.  In the US the President has the right to say what the law is until the courts speak.  So, when PBS says Bush went around the law--they are wrong he had the power to collect intelligence until the courts spoke and then he followed the courts.  Bush did what he needed to do to protect us and it was legal.
